Seinde Fadeni Oladapo
Seinde Fadeni Oladapo is an astute businessman with experience spanning close to three decades with interests in strategic sectors of the economy including aviation, oil & gas, real estate, hospitality, maritime and real sectors where he sits on the Boards of a number of companies.
Seinde is the founder and serving Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of GMT Energy Resources Limited, a private indigenous multi-billion Naira company incorporated in Nigeria with offices in Lagos and Port-Harcourt with an overriding national and global outlook. GMT began operations in 2007 providing a variety of technical and innovative services include EPC/Project Management, Marine Logistics, Installation, OIMR (Operations, Installation, Maintenance and Repair) and Fabrication Integration to International Oil-exploration Companies operating in Nigeria with a goal to extend his business horizon to developing and emerging oil & gas terrains in the African continent. He is also board member; MCI FZE Yard Development Limited, a joint venture between MCI FZE and Samsung Heavy Industries Nigeria where Total Upstream Nigeria Limited and her partners integrated their EGINA FPSO’s 6 topside modules, BSMEC (Badagry Ship-repair Maintenance Engineering Consortium), the owners of the proposed multi-billion dollars Nigeria LNG dry dock and repair facility in Badagry
Seinde is serving Chairman of NAHCo Aviance Nigeria Plc which offers passenger and baggage handling, cargo handling through its customs-bonded warehouses and mail handling through postal authorities, and ramp and other ground handling services through the provision of ground support equipment to major international and domestic airlines operating in Nigeria.
Seinde began his schooling at the prestigious Mayflower Primary and Secondary School with higher education at University of Lagos where he was awarded a Bachelor of Science. He has attended various seminars and courses all over the world, including the Owners/President Management Program organized by Harvard University, a citadel of learning devoted to the development of leaders in many disciplines who make a difference globally. He is also a member of Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (AMNIM), Nigerian Institute of Credit Management and Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce and Industry and decorated with many awards by professional bodies in recognition of his contributions to nation building. In 2019, Joseph Afe Babalola University conferred on him an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Entrepreneurship
Femi serves on the Boards of a number of companies in strategic sectors of the Nigerian economy including aviation, real estate and hospitality. I was recently appointed as Chairman, NAHCO Free Trade Zone Limited, the operators of the FTZ at the Muritala Mohammed International Airport (MMA), Lagos and member, board of directors, BSMEC (Badagry Ship-repair Maintenance Engineering Consortium), the owners of the proposed multi-billion Nigeria LNG dry dock and repair facility in Badagry.
Prior to co-founding Harmony Glass Factory Nigeria Limited, he’s Executive Director at GMT Energy Resources Nigeria, a multi-billion Naira oil service company Limited focused on meeting the service needs of all the major International Oil-exploration Companies with responsibility to ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met including Withholding Tax Payments, Income Tax, VAT and other regulatory requirements, prepare all supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with the Board’s Audit Committee and the external auditors as necessary and monitor risk management policies and procedures to ensure that program and organizational risks are minimized amongst others.
A graduate of Business Administration from University of Ilorin and possesses over 15 years of cognate business experience in commerce and trading, oil and gas, shipping and logistics and other business lines.
High Chief Ademola Oladaiye
Ademola Oladaiye holds a B.Sc. (First Class Honours) Degree in Mathematics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and an MBA in Finance and Administration from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
He is a banker of repute with over 23 years post-graduation experience, having started his career in 1992 in the Treasury Unit of ICON Stockbrokers Limited. He joined Guaranty Trust Bank Plc where he rose to the level of Manager and worked in various departments including banking operations and marketing. He moved to First City Monument Bank Plc in 2001 as an Assistant Vice President with responsibility for Commercial Banking and Public Sector Group – Lagos.
He joined Access Bank Plc in May 2002 as an Assistant General Manager and was part of the dynamic management team that drove the bank’s corporate transformation and brand identity agenda. He actively participated in the bank’s turnaround and transformation program. He left Access bank as a General Manager for United Mortgage Bank Limited as one of its promoters and its pioneer Deputy Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer till July 2012. He is currently the Group Managing Director of Initiative Group of Companies. Oladaiye is an honest, disciplined, and transparent with high integrity. He is a professional to the core with experience in banking, finance, real estate and Human Capital Management.
Ademola attended various training programs both locally and internationally including; Banking Operations Academy, a Euromoney UK programme, Achieving Outstanding Performance, an INSEAD Executive Management Program (EMP) and Effective Project Management by Lagos Business School (LBS) among others. A full member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN) and a Honorary Senior member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (HCIB).
A veteran commercial banker, Mr. Diallo has experience spanning over 30 years with Citibank in New York and Geneva and spearheading Ecobank in the Middle East. His expertise lies in areas of international trade, private banking & wealth management and financial institutions. His contributions to the development of Middle Eastern trade between financial institutions and Ecobank as its regional director for Middle East, North Africa and India has been profound.
Mr. Diallo joins the board of Harmony Business Associates (Nigeria) Limited in 2014 bringing with him in-depth understanding of the African markets and has excellent relationship network across the continent covering governments, regulators, financial institutions, and corporates. He is presently also a board member of UBA Capital, part of Africa’s UBA Bank.
Michael Kagwa is an International Banker with over 25 years’ experience, focusing on frontier and emerging markets within Sub-Saharan Africa. He has vast experience in corporate finance, project finance, distressed debt, structured trade, private equity and private placements.
Michael has lived and worked in New York, London, Lagos, Accra, Kinshasa, Dar es Salaam, Kampala and Nairobi. Michael spent 8 years as a General Manager of the Development Bank of Southern Africa (‘DBSA’) in Johannesburg, the second largest Development Bank in Sub-Saharan Africa, heading up the Coverage team for DBSA’s pan African desk, where he focused on originating, structuring and distribution activities in the trade, corporate and project finance space across Africa. He currently consults for a number of financial advisory firms, investment banks and corporations. Michael’s strengths are with his extensive coverage relationships across Sub-Saharan Africa that extend to sovereigns, parastatals as well as indigenous and international corporate stakeholders.
He holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, MSc in Banking, Finance and Investment Analysis and an MPhil from Brunel University, London.

His previous roles include time spent as Chief Mechanical Engineer at Sabah State Railways; Construction Manager at Transcon Engineering Sdn Bhd where he supervised construction of mini hydro stations; to his current engagement as General Manager, Overseas Business Development, Shanghai Puhao Pulp and Paper Engineering Company Limited and Project Technical Adviser to Distinct Petroleum Group for BENHCO Project (Oil and Gas Hub)
He joined the board of Harmony Business Associates (Nigeria) Limited in 2014 bringing his vast engineering knowledge and expertise in project management from conception to actualization.
